order to institutionalize the business processes the
company moved to a documented quality management system.
This has ensured that the entire organization is driven
by a common objective of delivering quality brokerage
service that would create a unique brand and top of
the mind recall. The company is the first brokerage
house to be certified under ISO 9002 for the Equity
and Debt segments. The company has also moved up from
1994 standard to Year 2000 standard.
