Brokerage operations are carried out from two locations in Mumbai. Office space of over 25,000 square feet is available in Mumbai's prime location for providing various services. A comprehensive communications and telecom network links them. The company has a reach to 72 cities throughout the country by way of an elaborate network that has been put in place.

There are 14 branches/franchises, over 100 associates for equity broking, 50 outlets for online marketing and over 44,400 active outlets for money transfers.

The company has created statewide hub offices for offering all groups services.

The number is expected to touch 25 by March 2003. Apart from the hubs, the company also has over 100 sub brokers spread out over 15 states offering transaction execution service either on BSE and/or NSE.

Multiple networks comprising of Private VSAT network, LAN / WAN / ISDN , Lease line, WEB through VSNL are all terminated to a common hub and risk management system. The network is used for trading, data transfer, common email access and chat.
