The affairs are conducted under the broad supervision and guidance of the Board of Directors comprising of reputed businesspersons and professionals.

Asit C. Mehta, a Chartered Accountant, has built up the group over the years with his forward - looking approach and fair business practices. Professionally he has hands on experience in debt and foreign exchange markets and he believes in extensive application of technology to increase reach, transparency and reduce transaction costs.

Deena Mehta, a Chartered Accountant and MBA, is the co-promoter. She has been actively involved in capital market reforms as a member of the Governing Board of Bombay Stock exchange. She has been responsible for building the equity business of the group.

Kirit Vora, a Chartered Accountant, has been associated with the group since 1988 and has been responsible for overall business and systems development.

Ramesh Kumar, a commerce graduate and CAIIB, has experience in Debt markets for 25 years. He has worked in senior positions with Citibank, Reliance Capital, and Times Guarantee financials of Times group. He is responsible for the debt and forex market related activities.
